Our company ships the products with Post Export and DHL Express carriers.

Post Export Shipping Times

EUROPE and UK: 3 – 8 business days

USA & Canada: 7 – 15 business days

ASIA & AFRICA: 10 – 19 business days

Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and other parts of the World: 13 – 22 business days

DHL Express Shipping Times

EUROPE and UK: 1 – 2 business days

USA & Canada: 2 – 3 business days

ASIA & AFRICA: 3 – 5 business days

Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and other parts of the World: 4 – 6 business days

Shipping times are calculated by business days, excluding weekends, holidays and the day on which order is made.

All shipping times are expected by shipping carriers and there is a standard difference between business/transit days.

Our processing time is 1 – 2 business days. All the packages arrive to all destinations in 15 business days max. (Post Export)

When we send the package, the package leaves our country in 2 business days (the same day for DHL Express)

From time to time, shipping times can be longer, because of crowded Post/Customs offices, delay at the airports (usually JFK, NY airport), delays during holidays, Christmas, New Year, Easter…

We are doing our best to ship the packages as fast as we can. After the package leaves our country, speed of delivery depends only on destination’s country airport workers, customs and post office.

All products are Safely Packed in bubble envelopes and Tracking number is included for all packages.

If your package delivery is longer than expected – Call your local post office with your tracking number – they always have more information than we can see online.

Returns Policy

 

If you decide to return product or products, please contact us on Contact page first, so we can assist you ASAP. The package you want to return has to be “like new”, unused, in perfect condition in order to get a refund. The package must be complete, with User guide, cord, certificate and everything so it can be sold to another customer.

You have to contact us in 30 days from the day you received the package, otherwise, we cannot offer you a refund. We do not cover shipping costs, unless you received a product with manufacturer defect (there is almost no chance for that, since we do a double check before every shipment). When we receive returned package, we will check it immediately.

In case the package is returned to us for any reason (customer refused or forgot to pick up the package, typed wrong address, the package is undeliverable etc…), you will be eligible for a refund, deducted for both sent and returned cost of shipping.

In case the package is lost – you will receive a full refund.

Depending on the payment option you used to order the products, refund processes should be done in 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you experience any delays in refund process, so we can assist you in shortest possible time.
